Phil Horrocks :-

I was born in Middleton in 1955 (making me probably the oldest wrinkly in the band). I have been happily married for 26 happy years to Sue, and have two great kids, Adam 15 and Charlotte 12, both of whom enjoy music as much as me. (I think!!!) and are themselves quite accomplished players for their age.
I work for BUPA Hospitals as a driver, based near Halifax. (That's the one in West Yorkshire ...not the one in Nova Scotia!!!)
In my spare time I enjoy listening to and sometimes playing to a varied mix of music, from rock and pop, to classical.
D.I.Y. is a great hobby of mine and I have spent a lot of my time adding bits in and onto my house, (a dab of paint here--a plank of wood there) and when I get the chance, tinkering with my 13 year old Land Rover, CHAD, (Funny name eh!!!   a combo of my kids names.)
I am also a keen caravaner and at holiday times or weekends whenever the weather is in our favour we can be found, strapping everything but the kitchen sink to the Landy, hitching up and heading to far off exotic places, such as Scarborough or Great Yarmouth.
Ambitions?--- None really except to win the lottery like most people.
